Moses School of Diabetology
was inaugurated on the World Diabetes Day,
November 14, 1998 in Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences
University, Hyderabad.
Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India
is the largest professional organization of diabetes experts, health
care providers and researchers in India. RSSDI was founded in New
Delhi by Late
Professor
M.M.S. Ahuja in 1972.
At
the 25th anniversary meeting of the Society, Prof. M.M.S. Abuja has
decided to take steps for formation of a diabetes research forum
with a seed money donation of Rs. one lakh. Following his sad
demise, it is proposed that these objectives shall be met by a team
of eminent teachers and researchers in the country by raising a
corpus money for
Ahuja Research
Fund.
